FROM THE FARM TO THE STAGE...A FUNDRAISING RECITAL BY CAITLIN FORREST (DUNSBOROUGH)

Join rising mezzo-soprano Caitlin Forrest for a special homecoming recital series in Dunsborough. Raised on a dairy and beef farm in Western Australia’s South West, Caitlin returns as a graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and a Joseph Sambrook Scholar with the prestigious Dame Nellie Melba Opera Trust in Melbourne.

Together with acclaimed pianist Lydia Lai, Caitlin will present two captivating concerts featuring works by Handel, Mozart, Gounod, Gershwin, Porter and many more. All proceeds support her continued artistic development and a European study tour in 2026. Don’t miss this chance to hear one of Australia’s emerging operatic voices where her journey began.

Musical Feast - St Georges College 

Join us for A Musical Feast, a concert celebrating variety and artistry through a carefully curated selection of works.

Hear Schubert’s Nachthelle and the lively Bye Bye Blues performed by the St George’s College Consort, Chopin’s Scherzo No. 2 in B-flat minor and Ganz's Qui vive! with Kaitlyn Sin joined by Raymond Yong, and Schubert’s Sonata in A minor (Arpeggione) featuring Paul Wright and Raymond Yong. Enjoy Mozart and Handel arias, E amore un ladroncello and Mi lusinga il dolce affetto, sung by Caitlin Forrest, and Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor performed by Ellie Malonzo.

Whether you’re a seasoned concertgoer or new to classical music, this concert promises an evening of exceptional performances and beautiful repertoire.

Melba Opera Trust is Australia's premier scholarship program for promising opera singers and repetiteurs. Driven by Dame Nellie Melba's conviction "a beautiful voice is not enough", the program nurtures artistic development alongside business training, mentoring and performance experience.

Southwest Summer Tour - Dunsborough

Join us in Dunsborough as we showcase some of Western Australia's finest musicians, performing an exciting program of popular classics for voice, piano and strings. This concert features our very own talented St George's College String Quartet and the St George's College Consort, alongside the world-class talents of violinist Paul Wright, pianist Raymond Young, and guest artist Barnaby Beahan.

Meet us in the stunning surroundings of the Leeuqin Estate Art Gallery for some excellent wine and canapés, followed by an exciting concert of popular classics and opera favourites performed by superstar soprano Rachelle Durkin. Accompanied by pianist Mark Coughlan, they will be joined by guest artist Barnaby Beahan on flute, the brilliant young voices of St George's College Consort, as well as the talented St George's College String Quartet.
